| To standing cheers, delegates to the founding convention of the National Nurses United (NNU) this week unanimously endorsed the selection of Karen Higgins, RN of Weymouth and Beth Piknick, RN of Hyannis to serve as co-president and vice president of the largest union and professional organization of registered nurses in U.S. history.
